About My Approach
I chose my logo, the dandelion, because although some people see this as a weed; I see potential; I see a wish.

Occupational therapy provides a unique lens to view functional challenges and barriers to doing what you want or need to do, and focuses on the strengths and potential of an individual.

For me, it's about helping individuals to live independently according to their values and to rediscover joy in their lives.
Occupational therapists are trained to work across the lifespan, through physical and mental health. My key areas of interest and experience are Mental Health, Neurodiversity and Sensory Challenges.

I am a Sensory Integration practitioner, Autism Aware certified, and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy Children, Young People and Families Section and their Independent Practice Section. I am an HCPC registered therapist.
