I am delighted to see the wonderful feedback the Austim Coping Skills Booklet is receiving. It was so important to consult autistic individuals, during this resource development so that the material was accessible and useful.
I am hoping to create a similar resource for ADHD, is there anything else you would like to see in this resource?

Posted a review to their page stating "This beautiful workbook has become such a useful tool for me understanding my diagnosis. It covers important topics such as masking, burnout and late diagnosis with the use of comics and text.
It is an interactive workbook including a decently sized note page after each section, complete-yourself tasks, fun activity breaks such as word searches, and activities that can be completed multiple times.
It contains interactive tools such as strength and sensory wheels.
I wholeheartedly recommend this workbook to anybody who has received an autism diagnosis later on in life as this would be great to share with your employer or an academic tutor."
